I read an article posted by another orbler about aliens on the moon. Intrigued, I read the linked article, and many of the links to that. Then I decided to research the information on my own. Here is a bit of what I found:
YouTube interview with Buzz Aldrin - the former astronaut explains the "UFO" seen by the Apollo 11 crew. He states that it technically was an Unidentified Flying Object, but only because they couldn't identify which part of their equipment it was, claiming to be 99.9% certain that it was man (meaning HUMAN) made - a part of their equipment that was discarded as part of their maneuvers.
Now I didn't have time to watch every video I found on YouTube on this subject, but there are several like this one, that DO NOT seem to support the stories referenced above - that pretty much say anything unidentified was still made by us. On the other hand, there are some interviews with astronauts and other "official" type people that state - matter-of-factly - that other life DOES EXIST in our universe. Here are a few of my favorites:
Astronaut Edgar Mitchell Confesses UFO's Exist
Ancient Structure on the Moon Filmed by Armstrong, 1969
(I'm not sure this one is real - it's kinda fishy! But - still interesting to watch.)
This next one claims (in it's title) that CNN caught a UFO sighting on film, but it's just showing other film of a past reported sighting. It does, however, show an interview with a former governor of Arizona who at the time it happened, said he didin't see it, but has now come out saying he did see it. What "it" is, no one knows for sure.
Pheonix Lights
This one is an interview with another astronaut Gordon Cooper, who DOES say that aliens exist.
So, what do you think? As for me, I'm not yet convinced either way. By nature, I don't trust our government (no matter which party is in control) to tell us the truth. I won't say I KNOW there are aliens, on the moon or elsewhere, but I will say it wouldn't surprise me to find out they're out there.
