Oil Tanker Collides with a Nuclear Sub

The Sydney Morning Herald reports that a Japanese merchant ship and a US nuclear-powered submarine collided in the Arabian sea.
Neither vessel suffered serious damage and nobody was hurt.
Japan's Foreign Ministry said. "The bow of the Newport News hit the stern of an oil tanker near the Straits of Hormuz, causing minor damage to the Japanese vessel".
