Republicans May Regain Control of the Senate

As The Age reports that not soon after the Democrats gained control of the US senate, they could loose it again.

Democratic Senator Tim Johnson of South Dakota has been taken to George Washington University Hospital after a suspected stroke. If Senator Johnson is unable to serve out the remainder of his term, a replacement senator will be chosen by the Governor of South Dakota, who is a Republican.

The Democrats only hold a one vote majority in the senate, this could hand control back to the Republicans.

sen johnson is doing good,as per reports.even if he does not recover fully..i guess democrats are going to keep him to save the majority

senators can keep their job even if they are invalids..only option to keep them out is to try for expulsion which doesn't happen easily..so rest in peace democrats the senate is yours..
